Trademark Counsel/Partner

An exciting Trademark opportunity is available in the Washington, DC office of a busy, stable, and team-oriented Intellectual Property practice. The firm’s grounded, forward-thinking, and personable leadership team is interested in hiring a Counsel or Partner-level Trademark attorney with exceptional substantive experience, the ability to work independently with clients, and an interest in the continued expansion and growth of the firm’s existing Trademark practice. The firm offers a flexible remote/hybrid in-office policy. Portable business in the $350-400K range is required.

Qualified candidates will have 10-12+ years (2012-2014 JDs) of broad Trademark practice experience, including prosecution, counseling, enforcement, portfolio management, familiarity, and experience with all manner of USPTO and TTAB proceedings, office actions, and filings. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and be licensed to practice in Washington, DC. Candidates also licensed in Virginia and/or Maryland are preferred. Candidates’ experience should demonstrate the ability to work with emerging and established tech company clients.
