IP (Patent) Litigation Mid-level Associate

The Washington, DC office of a highly respected Am Law 200 firm has an immediate need for a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate with 4-5(+) years of substantive Patent Litigation experience. Desired demonstrated experience includes drafting pleadings, discovery (including producing and responding to discovery requests, resolving discovery disputes, managing e-discovery tools), producing motions and appellate materials, arguing motions, deposing witnesses, participating in arbitrations, and assisting with all aspects of pre-trial through post-trial responsibilities.

Appropriate candidates will possess a technical background (i.e., B.S. or M.S. degree) in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or related fields. The expected annual base compensation range for this opportunity is $175,000 – 205,000(+) in line with commensurate experience.
